Based upon the picture here, the lawn is in need of soil immediately. Without rich soil, the grass has nothing to attach itself to, in order to develop and grow.
Rich Soil Implemented
Once the soil has been distributed, it allows the grass to fasten. Meaning the soil keeps the grass in its place, creating grass runners. Grass runners is a profusion of fertilizer that drives the grass to grow, which we call "grass runners".

Seed
Grass seed is the ultimate key to the health of your lawn. It flushes out dollar weed and clover in the lawn and changes the complexion of the grass, causing it to convert from light yellow green grass to dark green grass. Seed also keeps the lawn maintained, crowding out future weeds.
